The shower had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was firm and offered a good night's sleep. I found a subway entrance very close. It made getting around easy.

I found the staff really good and very helpful. the room was wonderfully clean with comfortable beds. I slept soundly. the location is super convenient, close to popular attractions. I enjoyed easy access. i appreciated the extra pillows i requested. They arrived within minutes.
i noticed the television wasn't working on one occasion.

i found the location convenient near bryant park the subway was also easily accessible the room was clean and well maintained i particularly appreciated the comfortable bed i found the staff very friendly and helpful . the available coffee in the room was a great feature. there were plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom daily.
the room i had overlooked an interior wall offering no external view

my room had a king sized bed ample space for luggage and a clean bathroom the tv offered various channels i found the air conditioning worked efficiently to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout my stay i also had a coffee maker.
